Meet the osteopath Olga Colombo
My name is Olga Colombo, and I was born in Milan, Italy. Since childhood, I’ve had a passion for movement and sports - fencing and skiing were my greatest loves growing up, and this natural curiosity about how the body moves and works has led me to pursue a career in osteopathy.
I graduated with distinction in 2019 with a Master’s degree in Osteopathy (M.Ost) from the University College of Osteopathy in London. During my studies, I developed a strong interest in functional rehabilitation and undertook further training in this area. My professional journey began in Singapore, where I worked in one of the most prestigious osteopathic clinics, gaining valuable clinical experience and developing a fascination for Traditional Chinese Medicine, particularly acupuncture.
In 2021, I relocated to Malta and worked at the largest osteopathic clinic on the island until April 2025, when I felt ready to open my practice, Olga Colombo Osteopathy. Along the way, I continued expanding my skills and in 2023, qualified in dry needling therapy.
I genuinely enjoy interacting with people and building long-lasting relationships based on trust. I strongly believe that listening and communication are essential parts of the healing process.
In my treatments, I combine a variety of osteopathic techniques, aimed at improving joint and spinal mobility, fluid circulation and tissue tension, with personalised lifestyle advice, functional exercises and simple home remedies. I often integrate dry needling into my osteopathic treatments as I find it highly effective in releasing muscle tension and trigger points, allowing for faster and longer-lasting results. My goal is to offer every client a tailored, holistic approach that supports their long-term health and quality of life.
Outside of work, I love travelling, staying active, taking care of my two cats and watching MotoGP races, passions that constantly remind me of the importance of balance and well-being, which I strive to bring into every treatment.
