First osteopathic appointment

During the first visit, a careful assessment of the condition will be conducted through an in-depth consultation and a comprehensive osteopathic examination. This will help identify the root cause of the pain, formulate a diagnosis, and establish a personalised treatment plan to restore well-being. An osteopathic treatment will also be performed during this session if deemed appropriate.

Follow-up osteopathic appointment

Follow-up sessions aim to monitor and support progress, adapting the treatment according to individual responses and specific needs. Each session helps consolidate results achieved, gradually enhancing overall health and quality of life.

Longer follow-up appointments available on request.

Dry needling treatments focus on relieving muscular pain and tension by specifically targeting and deactivating trigger points through precise intramuscular needle insertion, promoting muscle relaxation and reducing discomfort. This type of appointment can only be scheduled after completing the initial osteopathic assessment; a first osteopathic visit is mandatory before booking dry needling sessions.
